The coach has also praised the financial management of FC Nantes, saying that the club's owner, Waldemar Kita, has done a good job of managing the club's finances. Kombouaré has also expressed his interest in becoming the coach of the French national team in the future, saying that he would like to "vivre une Coupe du monde".
