"You're still a player for the best club in the Netherlands, but do you still feel like a professional footballer?" he said. "I had to remind myself from time to time that I was still a footballer."

"You learn that from the good moments, but also from the low points." Setford's return to action on Friday was a welcome one, with him visibly enjoying his time back on the pitch. "It was a top evening," he said. "I really enjoyed every minute of it.
