Nicolas Raskin, a Belgian midfielder, is a product of the youth academies of Anderlecht, Standard, and KAA Gent. He made his professional debut at Standard before joining Rangers in January 2023 for a reported fee of around €1.5 million. Raskin has since become a regular fixture at Ibrox, playing 149 matches and scoring 13 goals, while also providing 23 assists.
The 19-year-old has also made his mark on the international stage, earning 19 caps for Belgium since his debut in March 2025, scoring two goals in the process. If Raskin were to join Besiktas, he would be part of a squad that has been significantly strengthened in recent transfer windows, featuring players like Leandro Trossard, Orkun Kökcü, and Wilfred Ndidi, as well as high-profile signings such as Dušan Vlahović, Alex Nübel, and João Mário.
The deal between Besiktas and Rangers is reportedly on the verge of being finalized, pending Raskin's decision. If he chooses to join the Turkish club, it would mark a significant new chapter in his career.
