Manchester City have yet to bid for Everton's Iliman Ndiaye. The 22-year-old has three years remaining on his contract, but declined several offers of an extension last season as they did not include a release clause for a Champions League club. Everton manager David Moyes is concerned that the club does not have enough time to reinvest money raised through player sales before the transfer deadline. Moyes is determined to add to his squad before the deadline, rather than lose one of his better players.
