The 28-year-old Lettish striker is set to be taken over from German club Arminia Bielefeld, where he has made 27 appearances, scoring five goals and providing three assists. Uldrikis is no stranger to Dutch football, having previously played for SC Cambuur in Friesland, where he scored 23 goals and provided 12 assists in 88 appearances. He will now join Heerenveen under the guidance of trainer Robin Veldman, who will look to utilise Uldrikis as a targetman.
