FC Barcelona has registered all tickets for the match and stewards will check at the entrance gates of Camp Nou whether fans have purchased their own tickets. The club also wants to control during the match whether Feyenoord fans are sitting on seats where they are not welcome. Feyenoord has been allocated 2,986 tickets for the away section of Camp Nou, with the names of the supporters known to the club and Spanish authorities. This move comes after a similar incident four years ago, when around 30,000 Eintracht Frankfurt fans sat on seats reserved for home supporters during a Europa League match against Barcelona.
