According to Voetbal International, Tedesco's time at Bologna was short-lived, lasting just 99 days. The former coach of Schalke 04, Spartak Moskou, and RB Leipzig had joined the club in the summer after being sacked by Fenerbahçe in April. Despite his experience, Tedesco was unable to turn around Bologna's fortunes, with the team currently sitting 16th in the Serie A table with just one point.
Bologna has already moved to replace Tedesco, appointing Raffaele Palladino as their new coach. The 41-year-old Italian, who was previously in charge of Atalanta Bergamo, has signed a contract until mid-2029. Palladino will take charge of the team's training on Wednesday and will make his debut on Saturday with a home match against Torino.
