The plan aims to pay off a debt valued at over R$ 43 million. The club's CEO, Pedro Daniel, and Rafael Menin, acionista of SAF do Galo, were in the photo presenting the plan. The SAF highlights its financial adequacy, as provided for in the new System of Financial Sustainability of Brazilian Football, instituted by the CBF through the National Agency of Regulation and Financial Sustainability of Football (ANRESF).

The plan protects the interest of all creditors, ensuring that they receive equal payments without prioritizing one over another. It also presents the argument of predictability, stating that all creditors will know the exact dates they will receive payments, preventing uncertainty and ensuring a stable solution. The plan proposes a quitação integral do passivo, with individual payment schedules of up to 96 months for each debt.

The club has until the end of the week to respond to the plan, which may include adaptations to the payment method for creditors. The ANRESF has given the club the obligation to prove regularisation, under the risk of more severe punishments.
