PSV coach Peter Bosz believes Ajax is not hopeless for the title. Bosz, who previously led PSV to a championship in his first year, thinks Ajax's transformation does not necessarily affect their chances. (When I joined PSV, we also became champions in the first year. So it can happen, that has worked for us.)
Bosz also expects Ajax to play more forward than last season. (The team we've analysed so far is half the team from last year. They're playing differently, more forward, and I think that's great.)
Bosz will face Ajax's new signings, including Julian Brandt, who he previously worked with at Bayer Leverkusen. Brandt has technical and football intelligence qualities, according to Bosz. PSV will try to counter Ajax's different possibilities when they meet on Saturday.
