Kompany's success with Bayern Munich, including the Bundesliga title, DFB Pokal win, and Super Cup victory, has earned him a place among the top coaches in the world. The five coaches will now compete for the prestigious award, with the winner to be revealed on Monday 26 October at the Ballon d'Or gala.
