According to a joint statement by the Club de Regatas Vasco da Gama, Vasco da Gama SAF, and 777 Carioca LLC, the parties have reached an agreement in the arbitral procedure. This agreement was presented in the judicial recovery process. In the agreement, 777 Carioca LLC explicitly stated that it does not oppose the main steps for the reorganisation of the Vascaíno football structure and the alienation of the new SAF's control. The parties have resolved their disputes consensually.
As a result, 777 Carioca LLC will file the withdrawal of incidents related to the judicial recovery and resources interposed, as well as the pretensions and renunciation of the right on which they are based. The company will also withdraw its petition from 21 August 2026.
