According to NOS Voetbal, PSV initially had a quiet transfer summer, with its championship team from last season remaining largely intact for a long time. However, the Eindhoven-based club did make some key signings, including the arrival of Filip Kostic. The Serbian winger joined PSV in the second half of August, following the departure of Joey Veerman to Borussia Dortmund.

In addition to Kostic, PSV also signed Kodai Sano from NEC and Lutsharel Geertruida on loan from RB Leipzig. The Japanese midfielder and the Dutch defender will look to make an impact in the new season, as PSV aims to challenge for the Eredivisie title.

The transfer window has now closed, and PSV will look to build on its strong squad ahead of the new season. With the signings of Sano and Geertruida, the club has added depth and quality to its squad, and will be looking to make a strong push for the title.
