The incident was recorded in the match report, which led to the Corinthians being reported to the STJD. The club has been charged under Article 213, Section I, of the Brazilian Code of Sports Justice (CBJD), which deals with failing to take measures to prevent and repress disorder in their stadium.
The Corinthians will face a disciplinary hearing on Friday at 10:30 am (Brasília time) to determine the punishment, which could be a fine of R$ 100 to R$ 100,000.
