Napoli's midfield has been hit hard by injuries, with Scott McTominay out for at least a couple of months after undergoing heart surgery and Andre Frank Zambo Anguissa picking up a muscular problem against Inter. The Scotland international has so far made just one 11-minute substitute appearance.
The midfield duo will be joined by Matteo Politano, who will start upfront alongside Rasmus Hojlund.
