Napoli's midfield has been hit hard by injuries, with Scott McTominay out for at least a couple of months after undergoing heart surgery and Andre Frank Zambo Anguissa picking up a muscular problem against Inter. This has forced coach Max Allegri to make some tough choices, with De Bruyne and Gilmour finally getting their first starts of the season. The Scotland international has so far made just one 11-minute substitute appearance.
The midfield duo will be joined by Matteo Politano, who will start upfront alongside Rasmus Hojlund. Riccardo Calafiori, who has been used in central defence for the Nazionale, has been benched for the match. Calafiori has been preferred as a left-back by Arsenal, but tonight he will be left on the bench.
Arsenal, on the other hand, have made some interesting choices of their own. Mikel Arteta has opted for a solid defensive unit, with many of their goals coming from set play situations. They've won all three Premier League games this term, and will be looking to continue their winning streak against Napoli.
The match kicks off at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona in Naples at 20.00 UK time (21.00 CEST). You can follow all the build-up and action as it happens on the Liveblog.
