Laura Kaminski has won a cup final in Norway with Brann, securing a first major trophy on the continent. Her team are four points clear at the top of the league with seven games remaining. Kaminski was sacked by Crystal Palace in February 2025, midway through their first Women's Super League campaign, and a move to Norway "wasn't on the cards".
The English former promotion-winning coach is following in the footsteps of her fellow Briton, Martin Ho, and also Leif Smerud, who replaced her at Palace and who she succeeded at Norway's reigning champions. Kaminski says the chance to challenge for the league title was a major pull for her to join Brann.
Kaminski's team secured a cup final success against Aalesund, handing her a first major trophy on the continent. She is now focused on the league title, with her team four points clear at the top with seven games remaining.
