The UEFA will meet on 15 September to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Greek football association, and the KNVB's statement and the possibility of a top in Amsterdam will likely be discussed at this meeting. The next UEFA executive committee meeting will be on 8 October in Berlin. In the meantime, the football associations affiliated with the FIFA will elect a new president in March 2027, with the possibility of nominating a candidate to run against Gianni Infantino by 18 November 2026.
