His most recent coaching experience was at Liverpool, where he made history by managing 489 games and winning eight trophies, including a Champions League and a Premier League title. As the new German national team coach, Klopp has expressed his commitment to the role, stating, "This is the pinnacle, the absolute peak of my footballing career as a coach. I will give it my all."
