This left the club with 10% of the participation, which could be worth approximately R$ 24 million. However, this amount is already compromised by other commitments.
The Figueirense also has the right to the FIFA solidarity mechanism for having participated in the formation of Allan. The exact percentage is still dependent on the player's registration history and the period recognized as formation. In an estimate between 0.25% and 0.75% of the transfer value, the club could be entitled to approximately R$ 600,000 and R$ 1.8 million.
The remaining 10% of the participation is tied to other commitments, including a 5% stake tied to an entrepreneur who lent money to the Figueirense in 2025. This 5% could be worth up to R$ 12 million if all bonuses are paid. The other 5% was involved in an operation with Athletico-PR, used as a guarantee for a loan, with a debt of approximately R$ 8 million.
The court's decision blocks the transfer of credits from the Allan sale to the Figueirense until the case is analyzed. The Palmeiras and CBF will need to inform the court about the values that actually belong to the Figueirense, the owners of the credits, and how the payments will be made.
