Delé Thomas, a 19-year-old winger from RB Leipzig, has signed a contract with NEC until 2030. Thomas has previously played for Jong PSV, where he scored six goals in 44 games and was a regular player in the team. He also played for Almere City FC and Feyenoord in his youth football career before joining PSV in 2023. However, he failed to secure regular playing time in the main team.

Thomas was valued at 1 million euros by Transfermarkt and was still tied to Leipzig until 2031. PSV attempted to keep him in 2025 but ultimately failed. The medical check-up for Thomas was successful, and a four-year contract was subsequently signed. Thomas will join NEC's selection directly after signing the deal, as confirmed by the club.
