FC Barcelona has implemented stricter rules for ticket sales. Tickets are now only available to club members and are issued in their name, which cannot be changed later. Furthermore, tickets cannot be transferred to others.
The club will also check visitors wearing Feyenoord clothing or displaying club symbols, and official identification documents will be verified along with the ticket at the entrance.
Barcelona is also increasing security around the stadium, with more personnel at entrances and on the tribunes. The club is working with local authorities, the Guardia Urbana and the Mossos d'Esquadra, to prevent Feyenoord fans without a valid away ticket from entering the area around the stadium.
These measures are not entirely new, as Barcelona has used a similar protocol in previous home matches against Eintracht Frankfurt and Newcastle. The club will also monitor ticket sales daily to detect any potential fraud or illegal resale.
