Emily Fox has been an integral member of the Arsenal squad since joining in January 2024, helping the team win the Women's Champions League in 2025 and the Women's Champions Cup earlier this year. The 28-year-old has made 93 appearances for the club and started each of their three league matches this season. Fox has also been nominated for the Women's Ballon d'Or award this year, after finishing 25th in the 2025 ranking.

Fox's new deal is the latest in a series of contract extensions at Arsenal, following Leah Williamson, Stina Blackstenius, and Caitlin Foord. The Gunners are next set to face rivals Chelsea in the Women's Super League on Sunday, after requiring an injury-time penalty to beat HB Køge in their Women's Champions League opener on Tuesday.
