In the podcast, Driessen described Wijndal's display as "very good", stating that he had "impressed" his teammates. Wijndal was instrumental in Ajax's win, providing an assist and leading the team as captain. Driessen noted that Wijndal's performance was a welcome change from his inconsistent form earlier in the season. Wijndal's recent run of games has been made possible by the injury to Caio Henrique, and he has taken advantage of the opportunity to showcase his skills. Driessen believes that Wijndal is a valuable asset to the team and can be relied upon to perform well.
Wijndal's performance in the match against FC Groningen was particularly notable, as he left four of the opposing team's players in his wake during one goal-scoring opportunity. Driessen described Wijndal as an "affable young man" who always seems to be smiling, and stated that his teammates are all "impressed" by him.
