Nobel Mendy Completes £22 Million Move to Hull City
Hull City have completed the signing of Senegalese defender Nobel Mendy from Rayo Vallecano for a reported £22 million. The 21-year-old had been close to joining PSV Eindhoven last summer, but a work permit issue prevented the move.
