The Red Dragons are strengthening their squad with Kabore and Ekomie set to join the ranks. Kabore, a Burkina Faso international, featured 32 times across all competitions for Wrexham in 2025-26, providing eight assists in the Championship, more than any other Wrexham player.

Ekomie, a 23-year-old Gabon international, has recently entered the final year of his deal with Angers and reportedly attracted interest from Wrexham's Championship rivals West Ham United and German side Hamburg.

Wrexham have already made three first-team signings this summer, but the addition of Kabore and Ekomie would bolster Phil Parkinson's left-sided options.
