The tournament will be held in Solanas Punta del Este, with no need to play elimination matches to participate. Teams will be divided into three categories: Master (over 36 years), Super Master (over 44 years), and Premium (over 54 years). The champions of each category will qualify for the Mundial de Fútbol Amateur de Río, whose 13th edition will take place at the end of 2027.
The accommodation and stay are included in the registration for the Sudamericano de Fútbol Amateur.
