Ritmeester van de Kamp has been in talks with several Eredivisie clubs, including Sparta, and hopes to make a step this winter. He played last season on loan at SC Telstar, where he impressed and generated interest from other clubs. However, a transfer did not materialise. The midfielder has now returned to Almere City and made his first appearance since May 17 in a 1-0 win over FC Volendam. Ritmeester van de Kamp is ambitious and wants to make a move, saying "I was in talks with Sparta" and "I hope to make a step this winter".
