Raskin, 25, has been linked with Fenerbahce in recent days and, although manager Derek McInnes did not go into detail regarding the interest in him, Rangers are preparing for life without the midfielder. The Belgian international has made 149 appearances for the club, but it seems his three-and-a-half-year stint at Ibrox is coming to an end.
McInnes hinted that Raskin's absence from the Conference League play-off second leg against Jablonec was due to potential transfer interest, rather than injury. "Nico hasn't travelled, nothing to do with injury or anything like that, just the potential of a transfer," he said. The manager also stated that the club is late in the window, but they are working hard to deliver the players required for the season ahead.
Winger Kim, 20, is expected in Glasgow for a medical and looks set to become the latest addition to McInnes' squad. The South Korean's signing would be Rangers' 12th summer signing, and the club is hopeful that it will happen soon.
