Napoli have confirmed that midfielder Scott McTominay is back with the club. McTominay had missed the club's last four matches across all competitions after having a minor procedure carried out on his heart to fix a mild, benign arrhythmia earlier this month. The procedure was carried out in the player's hometown of Manchester on September 8. The club confirmed that he would require a rest period of around two weeks. McTominay and the club took the decision to have the procedure in September in order to minimise the number of matches that the midfielder would miss, given the extra-long international break between the end of September and early October.
