Van Duinen began his professional career at ADO Den Haag, making his Eredivisie debut in 2011. He played 117 games for the club, scoring 27 goals. The forward then moved on to Fortuna Düsseldorf, Roda JC, Excelsior, PEC Zwolle, and OFI Kreta. In 2022, he returned to Excelsior, where he eventually ended his professional career.
Throughout his career, Van Duinen accumulated over 300 Eredivisie appearances. His experience and skills will undoubtedly be valuable assets to VV Katwijk. The forward will be working under the guidance of Luigi Bruins, a former team-mate and current head coach of the club.
