The 24-year-old Brazilian forward is set to join Russian club Dínamo Moscou, as part of a significant overhaul of Botafogo's attacking department. The international transfer window remains open until 11 September, with several other deals involving Botafogo's forwards still in the works.

Botafogo is also negotiating a transfer for Santi Rodríguez to Columbus Crew in the MLS, but no agreement has been reached yet. The club has already signed six new players this summer, including Warleson, Gabriel Batista, Lucas Monzón, Paulinho, Domingos Andrade, and Danilo Pereira.

Arthur Cabral, Botafogo's top scorer, has not found the net since May 2026. The club's attacking department is set for further changes, with several players already leaving the club, including Neto, Léo Linck, and Raul.
