Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Juventus were among the clubs that asked for information about Samuele Inacio last summer. The Italian club targeted Italian talent Inacio this past June and sounded out Borussia Dortmund's willingness to sell the 18-year-old. However, Borussia Dortmund were unwilling to sell Inacio, which led Juventus to sign another player, Ekhator, instead.
A couple of Serie A teams already tried to sign Samuele Inacio during the past summer transfer window, Romano revealed. Juventus' interest in Inacio was genuine, but ultimately, the player was not available for transfer.
Inacio has received his second Italy call-up for the upcoming Nations League games, but he will not be involved against Belgium tonight, as he was one of the players sent to the stands by coach Roberto Mancini.
