Inter have loaned Kristjan Asllani to Al Jazira Club in the UAE Pro League at the age of 24. Asllani joined Inter in the summer of 2022 for a total deal worth €15.7m after flourishing at Empoli. However, he failed to make an impact at the Nerazzurri, rarely getting regular playing time and failing to impress first Simone Inzaghi, then Cristian Chivu. The midfielder made 99 appearances in the Inter jersey, scoring four goals with five assists, but was sent on loan to Torino and Besiktas last season.

Asllani is still under contract with Inter until June 2028. The loan to Al Jazira Club is believed to be a dry loan without an option to buy at the end of the season. Asllani will now join the UAE Pro League side, where he will look to revive his career. He will wear the number 23 jersey for Al Jazira Club.
