The FFF's stance on the upcoming FIFA election in March remains unclear, with no official position taken. However, the federation has threatened not to participate in the 2030 World Cup if the plan to sell the World Cup to private investors, previously proposed by Gianni Infantino, is maintained. This plan has since been abandoned.

Italy and Spain have yet to take a position on the upcoming FIFA election. Norway has requested Gianni Infantino's resignation, while Germany, England, Wales, Scotland, Serbia, Sweden, Ireland, and Finland have withdrawn their support for him.

The FFF's participation in the U20 Women's World Cup remains unchanged, with the tournament set to begin on 5 September. FFF president Philippe Diallo plans to discuss the issue further at the federation's next executive committee meeting on 8 September.
