Two of these players, who are on loan, will not return to Flamengo at the end of the year. Carlinhos, a striker who was a starter for Flamengo against Bolívar in the Libertadores, is one of the players who will not return. He is on loan at Athletic, in Minas Gerais, and his contract with Flamengo expires in November. Carlinhos suffered a grave head injury and left a game in an ambulance in the Série B.
