The management of Osmar Stabile did not pay the three last installments of the agreement celebrated in the beginning of the year, which renegotiated debts with the Union accumulated over two decades. The club paid the four installments from February to May, but not those from June, July, and August. The contract with the PGFN provides that the 'lack of payment of three consecutive or alternate installments' is a hypothesis of rescission of the agreement.
The next installment of the agreement is due on September 30. Internally, the board says they are working to regularize the pending issues. The club has not commented on the matter. If the agreement is rescinded, the original amount of the debt will be reinstated, without any discount, with the deduction only of the values already paid.
