The Corinthians board is optimistic about the negotiation to settle the debt of R$ 630 million and is waiting for the bank's position on the process's progress. The club is expecting the Caixa to confirm the assumption of the naming rights of the stadium in exchange for the debt being considered settled.

The Corinthians board believes that the naming rights are currently worth around R$ 70 million per season, significantly higher than the R$ 15 million per year, adjusted for inflation, that Hypera pays since the contract was signed in 2020. The proposal involves other assets, such as the launch of capitalization titles, the transfer of the club's entire financial operation (accounts and salary payments) to the Caixa, and even cards for the Fiel Torcedor program.

The club is waiting for the Caixa to formalize the advancement in the business, with the confirmation of the suspension of debt payments until the negotiation to exchange the naming rights is effectively concluded.
