FC Sion, a Swiss club, has unveiled plans for a new stadium. The plans, which are currently pending approval from the local authorities, include the stadium being renamed the Cervin Coliseum. The new stadium will have a capacity for 21,000 spectators.

Ajax, the Dutch club, visited the Stade de Tourbillon, the current home of FC Sion, in the Conference League. The Stade de Tourbillon will undergo a complete renovation once the plans are approved. The renovated stadium will be equipped with 80 hotel rooms and will be completed by 2033. The most striking feature of the new stadium will be the roller coaster, designed by Christian Constantin, which will be placed at the entrance of the stadium. The renovation is expected to cost the club approximately 480 million euros.
